We offer private cloud hosting, which is ISO 27001 certified. Our private cloud architecture is co-located in Kent and Newbury at The Bunker's data centres. 
 
These ex-military nuclear bunkers have received millions of pounds of investment. Upgrades have covered power, cooling and infrastructure.  As well as fire suppression and Carrier Neutral connectivity. Backed by The Bunkers Risk Management and Accreditation Document Set (RMADS). They are also both IL3/4 rated.

  We aim to keep core service components secure and online as part of the support supplied in our hosting service. This core service covers Operating System, Database, Web, Firewall, Intrusion Detection, Search and Caching Services. 
   
  We recommend that our hosting service is procured in conjunction with a support contract. This will allow you to call-off tasks that are not included in our core hosting service such as: 

  • Ad-hoc restores/rebuilds of environments 

  • Infrastructure advice and consultancy 

  • Help with any issues related to software or configuration  

  • Updates/changes to software, other Operating system, Database, Web, Firewall, Intrusion detection, Search, and Caching services 

  • Changes to our standard configuration requested by our clients

  • Anything else not covered by our standard hosting service
