Office for Nuclear Regulation
In partnership with NAC, we designed, developed and supported the Secure Information Management and Reporting System (SIMRS), enabling ONR to track and report nuclear material movements in line with post-Brexit obligations. Delivered through agile work packages, our contribution focused on frontend development, system integration, testing, and user training—supporting ONR’s regulatory responsibilities with a secure, modern platform.

Care Quality Commission
Supported CQC’s strategic shift to digital-first engagement through secure inspection and registration platforms, big data analysis, MS Dynamics integrations, and user-centred design for public and professional audiences. We’ve designed, built and supported CQC’s major platforms, including their public website, the inspections directory covering all registered providers in England, and the provider portal for statutory notifications and registration. Our long-term partnership has also included large-scale migrations, Dynamics/Azure integrations, and ongoing hosting, support and iterative development.

Office of Rail and Road
We modernised ORR’s digital estate by migrating their website and intranet to Drupal 9. The intranet project included a complex scripted migration from SharePoint and integration with Microsoft services including Dynamics, Azure AD and SharePoint Online. This delivered a secure, maintainable platform aligned with ORR’s Microsoft ecosystem and improved internal collaboration.

We worked with Acas to redesign and support their Employment Tribunal Conciliation Service, delivering a digital solution that streamlines the group claims process. Our work included service discovery, user research, frontend and backend development, and ongoing support under a call-off agreement. We developed the Cafcass Parenting Plan tool — a digital service to help separated parents reach mutual agreements — including Dynamics 365 integration and co-produced e-learning content with Tavistock Relationships. London Borough of Bexley
We designed and built Bexley’s public website and continue to provide hosting, support, and ongoing development through a long-term G-Cloud partnership. The site features deep integration with Microsoft Dynamics, pulling controlled vocabularies into Drupal to power dynamic forms and pushing submitted data back into Dynamics for processing. Our SLA-backed infrastructure and managed support desk ensure reliability, while continuous enhancements are driven by changing council priorities and user feedback.

London Borough of Lambeth
We designed and built the council’s Drupal 10 website, providing ongoing hosting, support and iterative development. Our support spans major upgrades—including a recent D10 migration—and day-to-day enhancements. We’ve also implemented deep Dynamics 365 integrations, using controlled vocabularies surfaced in Drupal forms and returned as structured data to Dynamics.

Designed for rapid deployment and long-term flexibility, it serves as an internal communications and collaboration hub for council staff.

West Kowloon Cultural District
Commissioned by the Hong Kong Government, we led the end-to-end redevelopment of the West Kowloon Cultural District website—one of our most ambitious international projects to date. Over a two-year engagement, we delivered a multilingual, multi-site platform showcasing Asia’s premier cultural precinct. Working in close collaboration with local stakeholders, we rebuilt the site from the ground up to support dynamic events, diverse content formats, flexible publishing workflows, and seamless integration with ticketing and CRM systems. Our role encompassed strategy, design, development, and secure hosting, with ongoing support to ensure the platform evolves in line with the district’s global cultural ambitions.

A key challenge was integrating with Chargebee to manage the magazine’s subscription-driven revenue model — ensuring seamless synchronisation between the website and payment platform for subscription lifecycles, access control and renewals. The platform supports a high-traffic readership, with flexible editorial workflows and scalable infrastructure tailored to the demands of a contemporary digital magazine.

We partnered with Dutch agency Fabrique to design and build a striking new website for the National Poetry Library—the UK’s foremost public collection of modern poetry. The platform encourages discovery, submissions, and exploration through a clean, typographically-led design that reflects the Library’s identity.
